- Coffee and meal breaks indicated in the program

For deliveries, your parcels must be clearly labeled with the following information:
- Your company name
- Name of the stand representative present on-site
- Name of the event: A3P

A storage area will be available to exhibitors for the entire duration of the event.
For return shipments, all parcels must be repackaged on-site. It is essential that your parcels are easily identifiable by the carrier.

Parcels not collected during the specified hours will be subject to storage fees.
A3P accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to parcels during transport. It is your company’s responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance for any equipment or materials shipped, if necessary.
Furthermore, in the event of non-collection of parcels on the scheduled pickup dates and times, neither the organizer nor the venue can be held liable.
